Cake description A set of x2 mini Passion fruit tarts + x2 mini Pistachio raspberry tarts+ x2 mini Hazelnut tarts. The Passion fruit tart is made with sweet dough, sweet and sour Passion fruit curd and a topping of rich Passion fruit jam whereas the Pistachio raspberry tart is the perfect marriage of flavors ! The mini tart is composed of a shortbread covered with soft pistachio almond cream and a true & tasty raspberry homemade jam. To end, the Hazelnut tart is made with sweet dough and hazelnut almond cream topped with homemade hazelnut paste and Chantilly.
