Cake description  Soaked & boiled into a savory mix of ingredients and a light touch of spiced rum, our delicious and melting pears sit inside a light but tasteful almond cream. The soft texture is balanced with a crunchy and roasted almonds that are spread on top of the tart . Limited cake.
